TANDBERG's Annual General Meeting, 19 April 2007, authorized buyback of up to 10% of total shares (10.880.671 shares) until the Annual General Meeting in 2008, but in no event longer than 30 June 2008. The intention is to use the shares in connection with incentive schemes for employees, acquisitions or to cancel the shares through a capital reduction.
Buyback transactions under this program will be disclosed to the Oslo Stock Exchange and are listed in the table below.
