Executive Management Team
Fredrik Halvorsen,
Chief Executive Officer

Fredrik Halvorsen, Chief Executive Officer, has been with TANDBERG since June of 2005. He has also held the role of Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial operations and acquisition strategy. He joined TANDBERG from McKinsey & Company, where he served an international client base across Europe and Asia, most recently as the leader of McKinsey's South East Asia Corporate Finance Practice. Fredrik holds a degree in Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, with majors in Finance and Economics. The Finance major was obtained at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. While earning his Business degree Fredrik concurrently completed the first and second part of law school at the University of Bergen.
Rick Snyder,
President, Americas

Rick Snyder heads TANDBERG's North American theatre of operation, which includes Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Rick joined TANDBERG in April 2005, and has nearly 25 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining TANDBERG, Rick served as CEO of ReView Video, a value-added distributor of conferencing products and services. Previously, Rick held executive positions at Williams Communications, Executone, Octel, and Bell Atlantic. Rick is a board member of the IMCCA, a not-for-profit association representing the Collaborative Conferencing industry. Rick graduated from Loyola College with a degree in business administration.
Geir Langfeldt Olsen,
President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

Geir Langfeldt Olsen is responsible for sales and operations in the EMEA theatre. Previously, he was responsible for strategy and business development. Geir has also held sales positions within the company leading the Southern and Central European region. Prior to joining TANDBERG in 2003, Geir worked for McKinsey & Company, Inc. and was a member of McKinsey’s Leadership Group for Financial Services. Geir graduated with a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration with a co-degree from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, specializing in International Finance and Economics.
Odd Johnny (OJ) Winge,
Executive Vice President, Products

Odd Johnny (OJ) Winge leads TANDBERG's products group, with responsibility for product strategy, product development and pricing. He previously headed sales and operations for TANDBERG's EMEA theatre. Since joining TANDBERG in 2003, OJ has also managed sales, marketing, and technical support in UK/Ireland, Nordics and Emerging Markets and was Regional Director for Central Europe. Prior to joining TANDBERG, OJ was with McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he was a Leadership Group member in the Telecom Practice, and worked in a range of industries with business development, improvement programs and mergers and acquisitions. OJ graduated with a Master's degree in Business and Economics, with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting, from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.
Harald Johannessen,
Executive Vice President, Global Logistics and Operations

Harald Johannessen joined TANDBERG in January 2001, and is responsible for global logistics and operations. He has extensive executive experience in a broad range of areas such as; supply chain management, industrialization, purchasing, manufacturing, finance, organizational development and merger development from various European corporations. He is a member of the Board of ENICS AG – a Swiss manufacturer of Industrial Electronics. Harald is a Master Graduate from the Norwegian School of Management.
Steven Peri,
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Steven joined TANDBERG in April of 2005. He oversees all legal matters for the company worldwide.
Prior to joining TANDBERG, Steven was the managing partner of Peri & Stewart LLC, a firm which specialized in the representation of Scandinavian companies in their US legal affairs. He has also held senior level positions in the legal departments at two Fortune 500 companies.
Steven is a frequent lecturer on Scandinavian and American business topics. In addition, he has a long history of participation as a board member in a number of Scandinavian American organizations, including the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce, which he has served as President. Admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey, he is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds an A.B. degree, cum laude, from Princeton University.
Marjorie Lao,
Senior Vice President, Finance
Marjorie Lao heads TANDBERG’s global finance and accounting functions. She previously managed TANDBERG’s merger and acquisition activities and continues to be involved with M&A projects. Marjorie is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining TANDBERG, she held key positions with both the Finance and Accounting Department of Procter and Gamble, and the Corporate Finance group of McKinsey. She graduated as a Baker Scholar, with High Distinction, from the MBA program of Harvard Business School.
Håkon Dahle,
Chief Technologist

Håkon Dahle joined TANDBERG in 1992 and has served as the company's Chief Technologist since April 2004. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and technology partnerships.
Prior to joining TANDBERG, Håkon served in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a second lieutenant. Håkon received a Master's of Science degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH).
