Remote Installation
Remote Installation provides a convenient solution for customers with a 'hands on' approach to technology. Customers who choose remote installation receive telephone and video assistance from a TANDBERG Authorized Partner or from TANDBERG directly.

On-Site Installation
With On-Site Installation, customers benefit from on-site installation expertise delivered through a TANDBERG Authorized Partner or TANDBERG directly.

An on-site product installation will ensure:

correct assembly and connection of all product components
programming of network ID numbers
product testing

With both Remote and On-Site Installation, customers enjoy the following benefits:

pre-installation support including advice on network provision, electrical requirements, and room layout
basic user training including system start up and familiarization with features and functions, either remotely or on-site, depending on the option chosen

		All installation services are carried out by TANDBERG or an Authorized TANDBERG Partner. In EMEA and APAC, installation services are always provided through a partner, and not directly from TANDBERG.
